Camping

• Per Person/Per Night-$15 (includes tax)
  Concert Camping rates slightly higher.
• Children Under 18 w/Parent - Free
• Electric & Water Hookup - $5 per site per night
• Boat Launch (w/camping) - $5 per stay
• Camping stays:    2 Night Minimum - 3 Night Minimum on Holidays
  
  Major Credit Card Must be Presented Upon Check In

Cottages

• Per Night - $120 (Plus Tax)
• Per Week - $550 (6 nights / 7 days)
  (6 person capacity max)(Plus Tax)
  
  2 Bedroom Pondside cottage, Full Kitchen, Livingroom, Bathroom w/shower
  Outdoor grill, campfire Ring, Picnic Table
  Bed Linens, and Standard Cooking Utensils & Dishes
  NOTE: Towels are not provided
  Sorry, NO Pets Allowed in Cottage
• Cottage stays:    2 Night Minimum - 3 Night Minimum on Holidays

Advance Credit Card Deposit Required On All Reservations
(Credit Card MUST be Presented Upon Check In)
We accept VISA and Master Card

Authorization Site Deposit On Each Camp Site Will Be Required Upon Check In
(This Deposit can be made by Cash or held on a Major Credit Card)

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received 3 weeks prior to arrival
(LESS $10.00 HANDLING FEE)

and park it and leave it.

Season: April 15th - October 15th

Seasonal Sites - $1800 ( plus tax) - Metered
(RV may remain on site during off season at no additional charge)

Seasonal Sites - $1900 ( plus tax) - Non-metered
(RV may remain on site during off season at no additional charge)
ADDITIONAL SEASONAL CHARGES FOR NON-METERED ELECTRIC SITES
A/C - $75
Electric Heater- $35
Extra Refrigerator - $40
Electric Golf Cart - $35

Seasonal Visitors

Visitor Pass - $3.00 per adult per day
$5.00 per adult per night w/ in seasonal units.
Children under the age of 18 w/Parent - No Charge

Honey Wagon Services

Pump Outs - $9.00 Each
(Done on Mondays & Thursdays)

Pier Slip Rentals - $700 per season
(Waiting List)

Pier Slip Rentals are Open to the Public

SEASONAL SITES INCLUDE:

Water, Free Guest Passes, Off Season Usage & Use of Common Areas:
Beach, Boat Launch, Game Room, Laundry Room, Playground & Hiking Trails.
